"Again, obviously." Sherlock sounds rather smug over the prospect, as though he'd somehow had a hand in the development of John's uniqueness. He certainly intends to in future, intends to nurture it to the fullest extent possible, but even if claiming retroactive credit is absolute nonsense, he can't help but be remarkably pleased at the fact they've managed to develop separately but in such complementary ways.
